If you would like to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their return package is properly tracked, as Lumera & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
